Weekend Assignment: What a Character!

Who are the people in your stories? What are they like? Do they come across as flat? Would you like to give some of them a bit more personality? Have I got a weekend assignment for you!

This weekend, your challenge is to create a character profile. You can use a character you’ve already created, invent a new one. To make the profile, you’ll need to answer some questions. And before you answer the questions, you must figure out what those questions will be. There’s an excellent questionnaire ready for you to use posted over at Creative Writing Now. And another one at Suspense.net. Feel free to add or substitute questions as your situation dictates. Keep in mind, the more questions you ask and answer, the more personality your character will have.
